I’m a fitness professional, hula hooper, yoga practitioner and visual artist who leads classes and workshops in multiple movement disciplines. As a Women’s Fitness Specialist and strength and conditioning trainer, I focus on inspired goal-setting and optimizing our mid-life fitness quotient through the latest science-based health and wellness research. Holistic exercise is a beautiful way to bring deep healing, vitality and joy to any life at any stage.
My fitness work is deeply rooted in my passion for creative movement. When I’m not facilitating a class or function, I’m knitting, drawing, hiking somewhere in Pennsylvania or Colorado, or exploring hoopdance technique. My true loves are family, friends, community, cats, books, yarn, pencils, and tea. Let’s party.
